Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of project, or function, including developing and monitoring budgets, coordinating activities with other subcontractors .
- Handle contractual matters that arise
- Check drawings and quantities and ensure that these are accurate for the execution
- Oversee the selection and requisition of materials required at site
- Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet the agreed program of deadlines
- Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors engaged in the project
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-cons and ensure the progress is on schedule
- Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Overall responsible for execution of the projects.
- Monitor the cash flow and budgeting of the project.
- Accountable for the project’s projected profit.
- Identify and comply with all applicable statutory / regulatory requirements related to project under his/her jurisdiction.
- Monitor work progress to ensure project stays on schedule.
- Carry out in-progress inspection and joint inspection.
- Conduct safety and environmental risk assessment of projects handled.
- Ensure staff work in a safe and orderly manner.
- Ensure toolbox meeting are carried out for the project.
- Conduct emergency response and preparedness.
- Identify QEOHS training needs of subordinates.
- Functions as the chairman of the Site OH&S Committee, and participates in the monthly EOH&S Committee Inspection.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in engineering or construction related field with at least 8 years working experience on Project Management.
- Or NCCS/Relevant trade certificates in construction industry with at least 15 years working experience.
- Supervisory and people management skill.
- Building Construction Supervisor Safety or equivalent trained.
Executive Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Handle contractual matters, including project tendering, request sub-contractors’ quotation, assessing progress claim and payment, variation works, extension of time, etc. from beginning of project until final account with client and all sub-contractors with minimum supervision from the contract manager or team leader.
- Award of contract/LOI to sub-contractors.
- Communicate to subcontractor on OHS issues.
- Prepare projects budget for management’s review and approval.
- Keep monitoring the budget until project full completion.
- Prepare and Submit project status report to Management in monthly basis (before1st week Saturday of each month)
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma required in engineering.
- At least 2 years’ working experience in Project Estimation and tendering.
BIM Modeller/Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and organized Architectural Revit (BIM) models.
- Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation for tender and construction.
- Develop and maintain BIM standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats.
- Work productively and coordinate activities on numerous projects concurrently.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Well versed in Revit/BIM software in Archi and Structure/MEP.
- Conversant in Singapore Construction Industry regulation.
- Manage process of coordination, exchange of data and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders.
- Experience in drawing coordination and BIM management in Singapore Construction Industry.
- Maintain accurate As-Built/Record Model.
- Facilitate the transfer of information on the file sharing exchange protocol.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction, Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement/ Architectural/ Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models.
Project Engineer / Site Engineer / Assistant Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project.
- Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors on the project matters.
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-cons on the project related matters
- Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution
- Carry out in-progress inspection and joint inspection and to ensure that the works were executed to the required quality standard
- Update the project quality plan as and when appropriate
- Assist Project Manager on the tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in engineering or construction related field.
- Relevant working experience on construction projects.
- Building Construction Safety Supervisor or equivalent trained.
Architectural Coordinator / M&E Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project.
